Delhaize/Food Lion/Retail Business Service with Insight Global Aug 2019 to Present

IT Contracts/ITAM Consultant

Short term contract to manage and review all contracts (Corporate, HR, IT, Services,Telco, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and Transportation) for Peapod a subsidiary of Ahold/Delhaize/Retail Business Services. Purpose to migrate to parent companies process and to mitigate risk with technology, identify cost savings opportunities, and document for ITAM all licenses, hardware and services for migration to parent companies process. In partnership with legal, understand and analyze all agreements and report to Legal, Sourcing, Purchasing, VMO and the ITAM team my findings with an Executive Summary Report. Report all licensing agreements to ITAM (who are the licensed users, how do we work with them, how are audits handled, immediately report risks) and identify the metrics, provide details with services and hardware as well. Provide software asset analysis with utilizing pivot tables with license agreements using asset tools of Jamf, Belmanage and Big Fix. Upon findings terminate technical and non-technical agreements for potential cost savings. Savings to Date >$355,000.

IT Category Manager

Manage the technology portfolio for the US Subsidiary of the London Stock Exchange Group with responsibility for optimizing the value, cost, and risk of our technology assets. My duties cover all the Data Centers, Software and Telecommunication Assets, Network Connectivity, and Mobile Phones required for the company's operations in the US.

Facilitating the integration of two newly acquired businesses into our company.
