A combined of 25 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Professional Services/Consultancy and Contracting. I have worked in various iconic projects in Riyadh such as; King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Information Technology & Communication Center (ITCC) contracts (as Facility Management Managing Agent), Princess Nourah University (PNU) and on high-rise residential and commercial complex like Burj Rafal under Rafal Real Estate Development.
Currently, I am working in a Jeddah-based FM Solutions company with projects in Consulting, Facility Management in Jebel Omar Development and Clock Tower in Makkah, Real Estate Properties, Haramain High-Speed Train Railway Station, International Schools and Royal Palaces.

Developed the organization’s Forms, Templates, Policies and Procedures.
Spearheaded the organization’s ISO Certification program in ISO9001/14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 (awarded).
Acted as the organization’s Management Representative (MR) & Lead Internal Auditor (QHSE).
