These defects are corrected simply by cleaning the die or tool surface before stamping. Dynamic defects are process-related and are caused by the forming process. Etc. Fenders, bonnets or side panels PRESS OPERATOR - Feeding material into the heavy press machine that makes precision cuts, formwork, grinds and punches into Sheet metal. Ensure that the sheet metal is place correctly between the stoppers to prevent the fenders or side panels from deforming.
