Project Manager

Develops new business using professional sales techniques and knowledge of project management, including but not limited to development of proposals for large regional installations projects that meet customer requirements and satisfy SVW profit targets of 30-35%.

Manages multiple project budgets ($5K to $1.5M) by tracking and reporting team hours and expenses, analyzing project profitability, revenue, and billing, ensuring on time delivery and budget.

Adapts to the necessary agile or waterfall methodology based on project/client requirements.

Creates, executes, manages and revises the day-to-day project work, timelines, prioritization of tasks, documentation to ensure projects are completed according to customer specifications.

Facilitates training, coaching, and counsels as necessary for SVW and Client project managers on company policies and procedures as well as process and procedures for (BOA-Bank of America) projects.

Manages the projects process for the branch office including but not limited to surveying job sites, developing cost proposals, site design, procuring materials, permits, drawings, scheduling work, and overseeing on site activities.

Assemble and direct project teams, including subcontractors and administrative support. Identifies appropriate subcontractors, obtain competitive bids, and secures COI prior to hire.

Provide and manage detailed scope of work and instructions to SVW field crews and subcontractors. Monitors project activities, timeline, and expenses to ensure projects are completed according to customer specifications within budget.

Coordinate the procurement of required network hardware and secure firewall connections to establish system connectivity to each of the ATM(s)

Coordinate onsite physical hardware installation of ATM(s), CAT 5 communications, router, alarms, and security cameras

Coordinate onsite connectivity, equipment and software testing, and any technical troubleshooting needs until ATM(s) are fully operational

Coordinate network and security connections with ping test prior to bringing ATMs to full operations mode
