Work closely with Supply management and business areas to create Purchase Orders, answer questions regarding PO's, and research any issues with purchase orders such as incorrect charges, incorrect G/L, credits, etc.
●Utilize the following Excel functions in performing my daily responsibilities including, various Excel formulas, including but not limited to, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, SumIF and Conditional Formatting
●Prepare manual journal vouchers for travel, payroll, accruals, other expenses, incoming customer payments and inter-company charges.
●Review and analyze fixed assets: AFE’s, AFD’s, AFL’s and prepare monthly fixed asset reports for management. . I work closely with FASS to ensure the Fixed assets are recorded accurately.

●Work closely with the Tax Department to prepare, analyze and file sales/use tax for the state of Iowa and Wisconsin quarterly. Prepare and file sales/use tax for Nevada yearly.
●Prepare, analyze and file Real property and Personal property taxes for the state of Iowa and Wisconsin.
●Prepare year-end financial exhibits for Corporate/Consolidations accounting, dues and donations, external audit fees, and property reporting.
●Participated and led various projects: testing and implementation of updated Cash Application version, the conversion of SAP-PDF to SAP-PFI, transition of Canadian accounting functions to JDF in Johnston, and the alignment of JDF Property G/L accounts with the Enterprise G/L accounts
●Work closely with contacts from other units to analyze and post daily incoming ITS memos from different units and ensure backups are properly provided for audit purpose.
●Responsible for daily ACH validation/balancing and balancing of US and Canada bank account activities using the FEBAN, PTS Business Objects and RMDS reports. Determine discrepancies and what course of action needs to be taken to correct the discrepancies.
●Work closely with contacts to analyze and post daily incoming ITS memos from different units and ensure backups are properly provided for audit purpose.
●Balance and Post process daily bank transmissions in our FEBAN system. Work closely with Treasury to determine actions needed for pending transactions.
