Emblem Health plan products cover a wide variety of options for customers. It serves as a not-for-profit and provides quality, affordable health insurance for all. It uses Facets, optimization tools and other in-built applications to make their day to day IT activities easier.

Responsibilities:

●Schedule meetings and Coordinates with the multiple departments for production issues and gather requirements. Write a solution in FSD document and coordinate with offshore development to make sure they are completed in a timely manner.

●Worked on the TruProvider tool that manages provider data and integrates Facets System.

●Monitor the day to day production batch job activities like loading provider’s data into Facets system, generation of data reports and share the reports to the client directors.

applications to make their day to day activities easier. WPS is Wisconsin's leading not-for-profit health

insurer, offering affordable individual health insurance, family health insurance, and deductible health

plans, as well as flexible and affordable group health plans and cost-effective benefit plan administration

for businesses.

Responsibilities:

●Managed and Implemented optimization tool named Test Data Generator TDG (v5.40.003), help team members to understand the tool, track the QA issues to coordinate with vendor to get the issue resolved in a timely manner based on priority.

●Successfully implemented Facets upgrade from v5.3027 to v5.40R2 and v5.40R2 to v5.50R1 involved in preparation of documents including code freeze, environment strategy, communication, resource, upgrade testing report, schedules, budgets, quality, mock go live, go live checklist and risk plan also presentation to the higher management also followed up with other teams to make sure their tasks completed and validate the completed tasks.

home, there are a bunch of product lines which serves the commercial business needs. Whirlpool is

going to launch a new commercial laundry product line called NOVO. These new product line offers

both OPL as well as Vended machines. Novo machines offer program setup at very granular level

and have very specific requirements for producing financial, productivity and maintenance reports. In

order to meet the requirements of Business, Whirlpool offers a suite of apps and portals to manage

and control the connected laundry machines.
