With partnership of North Gate Arinso providing support for Scotia Bank for FICO and Payroll customized processes which include Employee and vendor processing with integration of Automatic Payment program. Generating PICS file as per bank requirement for remittance to the employee and vendor accounts. Integration with Bank and managing 24 company’s payment processes though customized process.

Support to existing customized process, develop customized report, support for FICO integration with payroll postings, Variant maintenance for scheduling automatic payment programs. Maintenance of master data for cost center, GL accounts, secondary cost elements, support for external finance system integration and other tasks as per request.

Projects Summary

Full Cycle Implementation – VKL Seasonings Private Limited (HANA 1610)

In VKL group there are three company codes has been created with 27 plants. Implementation SAP HANA 1610 with multiple modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, HR and QA), representing as FICO consultant worked on requirement gathering, documentation, configuration of FI and CO sub modules, testing, training, User acceptance tests, Data migration, query reports, validation, substitutions, customized process, developments and post go live support.

In VKL project also worked on controlling module for product costing. Simulative costing for customer price estimation. Updating Plan price and commercial price in material master though cost run. Cost center planning, COPA planning, cost center accounting, profit center accounting and Internal orders with investment measures. Template creation for COPA planning and layout creation for excel upload. Overhead template configuration for output base overhead calculations. Quality check for SAP FICO development, configuration and enhancement of existing processes.

Sub-Module Implementation –Piramal Group

Indian government rollout the Goods and Service Tax (GST) on 1st July 2017, as result 15 taxes got replace with GST.

Implement GST for five companies, in that Piramal Health care, Piramal Reality and Piramal Glass has separate servers of SAP.

Roll outs –AAK Kamani

AAK Sweden had a joint venture with Kamani Oil for special products division. For the legal and country specific requirements, we were assigned this rollout by AAK Kamani. I was responsible for the customization for Withholding Taxes, CIN activities, Fixed Assets configurations, customized reports, user training, etc.

In April 2016 FSL took over one segment of ISGN Facilities which is located in the US. As per legal requirements, we have created two companies of ISGN with implementation of SAP FI and CO modules. This includes customization, configurations, Data migration and LSMW.

Roll outs –Lodha Group

During the tenure of the project I have been part of two company roll outs. This was done with the alignment of the old system, RFC’s with external application, configurations and data migration. Quality check for all SAP FICO process before data migration of new company code.

Support Project –Lodha Group

Provided post implementation support for FI and CO modules for more than 100 companies. Which includes customized development as per process requirement, error handling, automatic bank reconciliation (MT940), Regular bank configurations, Assets accounting, Accounts Payables, cross system posting through RFC’s and provides support to ABAP consultant on customized program.

Sub-Module Implementation – Tara Jewels Limited

As per Companies Act 2013, implemented Useful Life based WDV method in both companies. Result depreciation calculations (in quality system) of FY 2014-15 are as per expectation of the auditors and client. Quality check for new functionality enablement and implement the SAP notes.

During post implementation support, worked in various areas of financial accounting such as Tax code configuration, withholding Tax configuration, month end processes, error handling, process implementation, automatic payment program configuration, Financial statement versions preparation, drill down report preparation, interest calculation, and support to ABAP consultant on customized program.

Customization Project –Citi Bank – Sony India Smart Recon Project

India Citi Bank rolled smart PDF solution a first of its kind in India. The smart PDF solutions would allow Sony India customers to receive their outstanding and due invoice statements in editable PDF format. They have to select invoices which they want to make payments to Sony. On the basis of customer payment, Citi Bank would transmit the data to the Sony SAP system in specified format. This program will read Citi bank data and perform posting incoming payment with clearing customer invoices, considering seven conditions which is required for Sony India.

I am worked as Team Lead, solution designer and functional consultant, also responsible for quality check and delivery of the solution.
