Project Description – (Al Khor Express Highway - Tekfen)
The Project comprises design and construction of an expressway to the north of Doha with nine grade separated junctions subject to further optimization to replace four level stack interchange by most optimum design. The proposed upgrade generally follows the alignment of the existing Al Khor Coastal Road between Lusail and the proposed Al Khor Bypass. New expressway shall have five traffic lanes in each direction. A network of service roads is required adjacent to the main alignment which connects the upgrade to existing and future developments. A shared pedestrian/cycle way shall be constructed along the length of one side of the expressway in addition to a separate fast cycle track adjacent to the service roads on the other side of the expressway.
KEY RESPONISIBLITIES HANDLED:
Hiring, Recruitment, Mobilization and Induction of the locally available manpower.
Mobilization and Induction for the newly joining Workmen.
Preparing Daily Progress Report (DPR) and reporting to the Client and the higher management.
Manage the administration and maintenance of company records databases accurately and efficiently.
Updating timesheets of workers and staff based on the bio-metric report.
Preparing timesheets for the Hired Equipment’s and collection of Invoices for the monthly payment.
Payroll preparation and distribution of workers salary (Under Free Visa Holder’s).
Arranging accommodation, transportation and Shift Timings of Workmen.
Updating Petty cash Statements and submission to the Accounts Department for the Audit purpose.
Maintaining the registers for all the training required for the Project.
Updating weighment Slip and reporting to the Higher Management on daily basis.
Monitoring Stock, placing order and ensuring the Delivery of safety equipment’s, Office Stationery and Pantry Materials.
Distribution and documentation of the Various Approved drawings, material approval request to the Concerned Departments.

Project Description – Gold Line Metro Project
The Doha Metro is part of the Qatar Integrated Railways Program (QIRP). The Gold Line Underground section of the network runs East/West through the heart of Doha City, starting to the East at Airport City and continuing through Al Sharq, Doha Souq, Msheireb and Al Adhawaa, before following both Al Sadd Street and Al Waab Street to the West of Doha and terminating at Sports City in the Aspire Zone. The scope of work will include design and construction of all civil engineering and building work for this section.
KEY RESPONISIBLITIES HANDLED:
Daily updation and monitoring in Employment Information Portal (EIP) for Payroll Processing, Leave Processing, Final Settlement and Employee benefit Claims.
Updating and Tracking the Cost Control Software (Costos) more quickly, with less effort, more accuracy, less risk and with an increased level of confidence to meet up the Estimating Challenges.
Preparing Daily Progress Report (DPR) and reporting to the Client and the higher management.
Preparing timesheets of workforce and the staff’s based on the bio-metric report.
Preparation of timesheets of Hired equipment’s on monthly basis.

This is an implementation of FTTX network controlled by NGN for the entire Ooredoo network. Currently the customers in copper network are being migrated to fiber network. High speed internet, IPTV and VOIP services are provided in fiber network through single fiber and high speed.
KEY RESPONISIBLITIES HANDLED:
• Schedule the customer appointment and distribute to the field Engineers to do the implementation.
• Preparation of workers and staff’s timesheet according to the bio-metric report.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems.
• Record accurately vehicle mileages essential for fuel monthly and quarterly reporting.
