Job Description:
Receive and inspect raw and packaging materials according to approved specifications. Conducting analyses of raw materials, in-process, finished goods, environmental samples or stability samples. Calibrate, validate or maintain laboratory and production equipment. Verification of cleaning and sanitation, materials, procedure and calibration to be used for every production start-up. Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses. Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment, logbooks and inventory forms. Conduct Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP) and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) audit in the areas. Monitoring raw and packaging materials; and its required storage conditions. Responsible for inline monitoring of production run. Identify quality problems and recommended solutions. Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriate of data for release. Investigate or report questionable test results. Ensures that cGMP, HACCP and Food Safety System is well implemented, maintained and observed in all areas. Monitor test procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established product specifications. Participate in investigation of production issues and recommend corrective actions. Ensures that laboratory cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
