Prepare inspection reports and issue non-conformance reports and analyze root causes and evaluate the proposed solutions.

Other responsibilities are support to commissioning of plant and equipment utilities, preventative maintenance, condition monitoring and handover of documents, familiarity on designated contract specifications ; assist in the implementation of safety and environmental protection programs and provides data required on project progress.

o Supervises on the QC functions of the project including QC for Inspection. o Supports Site Manager and Construction Manager in dealing with client for all the Quality matters. o Evaluates qualifications of welders and NDT Personnel with regards to activities assigned. o Supports and Participates in all external/internal audits. o Coordinates relevant tracking systems for correct identification of materials. o Review and Evaluation of all equipment calibration management activities submitted. o Coordination with Contract Managers for specific contractual agreements on quality works. o Assesses ITPs, Reports, Documentations and Test results submitted by Consortium Company o Assessment and analysis of all Non-compliance together with Site QC Personnel and providing solutions and closing out on issues.
