Partner with multiple cross functional teams to drive requirements from conception to deployment resulting in a 1% conversion as compared to last year. Cut cart abandonment in half by introducing a new coupon in checkout when time has elapsed. Compare and monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve the product by A/B different variables. Identify and manage visits, traffic, conversions, and KPI’s for product success using Adobe Analytics. Help to support operational readiness by performing product demos and training for stakeholders to gain final approval for deployment. Instrumental as the lead SME for RAC’s Ecommerce site and AcceptanceNow which makes up over 50% of the company’s annual revenue. During my tenure, I launched mobile software for AcceptanceNow which is used in all stores today. Maintained a project plan, orchestrated Sprint demos and weekly status meetings, and release management to ensure requirements were met successfully. Maintained Epics, Features, and User Stories in JIRA for the AcceptanceNow roadmap to track development progress. Researched customer behavior and key performance metrics for features needed to improve conversion while staying aligned to the company’s strategic vision. Helped with the implementation of a new software product to be used primarily for behavioral healthcare including UI design, experience, and technical specifications. Used competitive analysis research to ensure customers got the best user experience. Created BRD’s, user stories and acceptance criteria in Microsoft TFS as well as used PowerPoint for project release documentation and Axure to create mockups. I ran SQL queries ad-hoc as needed for cross database platforms. Served as SharePoint Administrator and managed all lifecycle documentation.
