store budget; ensuring compliance of national marketing and promotional initiatives; recruiting,
training and people development; managing time, costs and inventory effectively to run an efficient
operation to grow profit margins exponentially.
KITCHEN OPERATIONS MANAGER, GRANVILLE ISLAND — 1997 TO 2000
I ran the best reviewed kitchen as the Kitchen Operations Manager at this location. In addition to the
responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager, I worked on menu development and facilitated KOM meetings.
It was at this location that I completed my GM sign-off.

Working in a fast-paced environment, I was responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling

After excelling as a 1st Cook and member of the Back-of-House team, I began my cross-over training to

I began my career with The Keg Steakhouse + Bar as a dishwasher at this location. My strong work ethic
