Brand Manager / Marketing Manager

•Managed creation and launch of RIOgaleão’s new brand platform; oversaw implementation of new visual identity and execution of brand strategy over 4 years, with annual budged of U$ 500,000.

•Planned, created and implemented all of RIOgaleão s advertising and marketing campaigns aimed to improve the experience of its 17 million passengers per year and enhancing its business by attracting more guests to the airport and increasing yield per passenger.

•Planned, managed and implement all corporate and activation events, being responsible for logistics, space selections, experience, contract negotiation, team management, co-creation and production of all communication materials.

•Created, maintained and curated the RIOgaleão Radio Station, with the aims to improve clients’ experience through a 24 hour program with the best of Brazilian Popular Music.

•Created, maintained and curated the RIOgaleão Music Concerts, a monthly festival which welcomed passengers to Brazil with new local artists’ live concerts.

•Collaborated with departments including Operations, Business Development and Commercial teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies to promote new stores, services and additional flights.

•Planned, created and implemented RIO 2016 Olympic Campaign celebrating the hosting of the airport as one of the main Olympic Venues.

•Created and managed marketing plan and U$ 200,000 budget to enhance the experience of the 100,000+ extra passengers visiting Rio during the Olympic Games; supported Operations and Commercial teams to better serve passenger demand for F&B options and cultural attractions to manage flow in peak areas.

•Managed the relationship with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Cargo, HR, etc.), serving all areas of the airport with marketing solutions that would address their needs.

Instituto BioAtlantica (IBIO) – Rio de Janeiro, RJ 2011 – 2013
