Roles & Responsibilities

Managing a Procurement team for negotiating the Contracts of many iconic projects.

Act as a liaison between Procurement Department and the Principals / Manufacturers to ensure smooth workflow and the material deliveries on time.

Co-ordinating with the Sales and Technical team to acquire all the project requirements prior to raising Purchasing Requisition with effective communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

Mentor the procurement team in proper issuance of Purchase Orders based on the technical and commercial approvals from the Technical and Sales Departments and to be inline with the project requirements.

Continuously gathering, analysing and disseminating the information / data relevant to market segments related to company’s procurement to support & enhance the decision making and bargaining power.

Develop Procurement and Tendering Policies and evaluation criteria.
