Under a contract with the NIH through onsite Events Management Company, IDR, deadline- intense A/V support for conferences, lectures and other meetings on a scale ranging from recreational to those dealing with national security. Concise and patient user training and interaction was the main goal of customer service. Other duties included quick and calm troubleshooting of audio video hardware and software issues prior to and during events. Designing innovative indoor and outdoor spaces that were not A/V ready for short term or permanent A/V capability.

Metro Area Responsible for preproduction, live show production (operation and control of soundboards) and post-production for a weekly, hour-long, live broadcast. Recording stand out episodes in HD for fundraising events. Broadcast files were converted, edited, saved and cataloged. Uploading the audio of each episode to an online server and subsequently broadcast.
