I am a dynamic South African admitted Attorney whose currently part of the Gauteng Provincial legislature as a procedural Advisor in the proceedings unit which provides services to the Legislature in the areas of procedural services, coordinating house proceedings, the processing of legislation, and reports, administrative support to the House including communications of Resolutions to relevant Stakeholders. I provide procedural support to all the activities provided to Units, Members and staff .I have Honors in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Venda (UNIVEN). In addition, I attended full time School of Practical Legal Training for all the fields of law from the Law Society of South Africa (LEAD) (Pretoria).

I have 8 years working experience in the legal profession in South Africa. I served my articles at Mamathuntsha Inc where I handled various matters including Road Accident Fund (RAF) matters, labor, media, divorce, contracts, criminal and various civil matters. I then served 2 years articles at Legal Aid SA and this experience equipped me with organizing, reporting and time management skills. My duties at Legal Aid SA entailed among others, representing persons in court, managing my own court and files, appearing in trials, conducting consultations, running criminal trials and civil trials in Magistrate and Regional courts, drafting pleadings in civil proceedings matters and giving legal advice in various fields. I drafted and vetted contracts, SLA’s, instructing letters attended to contract negotiations, providing legal advice and handled malicious prosecutions claims on behalf of the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA). I previously worked as a Legal Advisor providing legal advice and represent clients on commercial, civil, criminal and labour matters. I am Procedural Advisor and I am responsible for processing questions and replies to the house. I am also part of the team of reviewing and making recommendations for the amendment of bills.
