Morning time take attendance from all workers and staff
Prepare the list of present & absent day to day
Prepare the daily report with OT for last day and send to HQ
Day to day enter the employee’s attendance with overtime in particular software (Crystal Business Solution (CBS -provided by Company) for Payroll Department
Monthly Time Sheet send to Head Office with sign from all employees before the due date
Arrange food for workers in site, if working after normal working time.
Arrange vehicle for labours & staffs
Monthly prepare the total working employees (nos with hours) details for the use of HQ
Handling other office administration work.
As a Store Keeper

When the material delivery from the supplier verifies the materials and compare with DO and request. If all are correct we are unloading in proper way.
If need approval from QA/QC, submit Material Inspection Request (MIR) with Product Quality Control Form (PQCF) and Materials Data Sheet (MDS). After the inspection we will start issue to site.
As per site require materials daily issue to site through the proper channel. For all materials issue to site through Materials Issue Voucher (MIV) with particular site personal sign. Also properly entering issue details. When issued materials return to store from site as extra qty check properly and keep in store, also add in stock report.
Properly check the minimum stock level as per daily consumption. If found, make order in advance the time of have minimum 5 days stock.
All Delivery Order (DO) with Store personal sign, enter in the system in particular Software
(Crystal Business Solution (CBS) and put Receipt Voucher No (RV No). And send to Purchase Department in weekly. All DO copies keep in file for future reference.
Properly keep data documentation in update… Daily receiving and issued Report send to Purchase department.
