Career Summary

I am a Mechanical Engineer and certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional with over 16 years’ experience in Project Management, Reliability Leadership, Condition Monitoring, NDT, Maintenance Engineering and Management. I have coached and mentored more than 30 Maintenance, Condition Monitoring and Reliability Engineers as well as several Technicians.

I have Expert knowledge in Static and Rotating Equipment Inspection, Operation and Maintenance, EPC contract management from conception to commissioning and hand-over. I actively participated during the due diligence exercise of the moribund National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria (NAFCON) facilities and was a member of the core Rehabilitation Project team that returned the plant to operations and profitability. To assure the quality of the Plant during Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance.

Oversees all Inspections and Tests for all classes of work on the project and verifies that all field inspection work is performed in accordance with established procedures and the quality assurance manual.

Develops Inspection procedures and repair procedures.

Conducts Failure analysis and prepares a report when plant components fail.

Keeps abreast of standards and codes and makes recommendations accordingly.

Implements monitoring procedures to monitor corrosion and other plant degradation.
