I started my professional career as a physical therapist in Evangelical Hospital Khariar, India in 2012 andworked there for four years. I joined MHA in 2016 and completed my course in October 2018. I joined star Health insurance company to work as Field visit officer in July 2017 as a part time job during my MHA course and I am still continuing in the same organization as a confirmed employee till date.

ACHIEVEMENTS

As a field visit officer for Star health Insurance Company, i detect on a monthly basis approximately 3 to 4 cases of star health clients who are having PEDs (Pre Existing Disease) but my biggest achievement till now is when i had identified 7 cases of clients having PEDs in a month (June/2018) and saved a huge amount (approximately 5 lakhs) of my company .

I have identified more than 5 cases of fraudulences by hospital and patient party and saved company’s money.

Many times i have successfully retained my company’s clients by keeping them from closing the policy after their claims were denied by explaining to them the reason of denial of their claims .

I secured 3rd rank in university in MHA (2016-2018) examination.

As part of my MHA curriculum i have successfully completed 2 project works.

1.A study on Hospital infection control.

2.A study on Etiology of aggression of patients and their relatives in the hospital.

As a physical therapist i have successfully treated so many neurological and orthopedic cases.
