Fit out Project of SAASCC, Kuwait (Contract Value-68 Million KD) Design Development Project with 21 galleries including Ecosystem, Brilliant Biodiversity, Prehistoric era, Transport, Robotics, Experiment, Human Body and Mind, Arabic and Islamic Science, Space Science, Space Exploration galleries. The project has over 3000 collection items and 1200 interactive collections. The project has a 1.4-million-liter capacity aquarium with over 2000 marine animals. 60 international subcontractors are involved in the project.

Job Description:
Prepare, review and update construction schedule using Primavera P6 based on planned milestones.
Prepare Engineering log - To keep track of materials and shop drawing submittals and approvals
Procurement log - To keep track of long lead items
Resource log - To keep track of manpower, equipment & materials required for site work.
Prepare progress reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) for submission to client.
Overseeing effective resource planning for optimizing man and machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.
Maintain updated schedule collecting actual data, and keep track of productivity of all activity and alert management in critical situation.
Responsible for highlighting critical path to management.
Preparation of cash flow & allocation of budget.
Submitting look-ahead schedule to advice on resource requirements.
Assist Planning manager in preparation of Extension of Time claims.
