Covering a wider range of responsibilities, managing the support and effective running of the mobilization team, providing assistance and knowledge when mobilizing and managing contractors and internal employees.

Develop, report and act upon KPI to measure effectiveness and manage the activities of team for successful operational output.

Employee administration and recruitment: including contracts, visas, interviews, on boarding, off boarding, inductions and system updates.

Developing policy & procedure manuals, aligning and understanding well the Labour Law.

Leading the HR helpdesk, for all employee relations; covering issues from leaves, payroll disputes, business trips, reimbursements, transfers, medical insurance, commissions, unfair treatment and advice on correct policies & procedures.

Managing payroll for international offices; including experience with taxation, insurances and attendance.

Company administration: incorporations, rental agreements, renewals, purchase orders and contract management

Working with third parties to secure recruitment, visa administration, GR/PRO services, travel logistics and miscellaneous requirements.

Nurture relationship with key accounts to encourage adoption and growth through channel by providing customised solution.

Ensure that all relevant information (in line with Client Specific requirements) is collated accurately and completely and passed to the Invoicing team for processing.

Engage with Visa Processing Agencies globally, to assist both the consultant and VPA with visa processing documents for a timely entry into Saudi.

Coordinate and update the respective account managers with mobilization updates of consultants. This is to include remaining steps and timeframes, which can be shared with the client.

Manage and maintain a daily mobilization tracker which is accurate and live.

Ensure each and every process is dealt with in a timely manner to meet the company’s commitment to the client in regards to deploying candidates.

Support the deployed consultants and provide all necessary supporting documents for their integration into the KSA community

Provide required information and support in processing all required documents during consultant’s stay in KSA in a timely fashion.

3.– March 2016 to March 2017 - Executive Administrator - Riyadh, KSA ( CONTRACT )

Responsible of the duties of the Accounting, Administration and Procurement Dept.

Managing the daily administration office work.

Following up, reading and writing the office letters, emails as well as responsible of receiving and sending mails.

Scheduling the office meetings, correspondence with the clients and the suppliers, control the office security including the surveillance cameras, maintain office supplies, track the employees’ attendance and preparation of payroll, office documents such as renewal of CR, license, rent contract, Iqamas and health insurance e-t-c.
