Parcel Manager 309 Tower KAFD, High rise tower
The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) a development construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which consisting of 59 Parcels in an area of 1.6 million square meters. It provide more than 3 million square meters of space for various uses, 62,000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12,000 residents. In 2011 it was the largest project in the world seeking green building accreditation. The KAFD master plan was designed and overseen by Danish Architects Henning Larsen Architects. The project is estimated to cost 29 billion Saudi riyals ($7.8 billion).
309 tower was one of KAFD parcels which consist of 35 floor and 5 basements Delivering of 63 luxurious residential typical, duplex and quadraplexes units and office space.
DUTIES
Manage all aspects of various construction project from planning, to implementation and closeout.
Oversee day-to-day operations of in-house field crew and/or subcontractors on various project. Provide expertise to resolve various issues in the field. Monitor labor output and report to company management on a daily basis.
Interact and coordinate with project architects, engineers, inspectors, in house field crew and subcontractors to resolve the various issues and effectively advance the project.
Review contract documents, making suggestions/modification as they relate to building construction.
Oversee project schedule and ensure on-time project delivery.
Oversee safety plans of the project and/or subcontractors and ensure proper safety compliance.

Review and coordinate construction budgets and estimates
