Quality Assurance Analyst

This project involves providing the booking services to the UCare members using the new transportation UCare portal via which a new or already existing members can book a ride to UCARE service products (chiropatric/clinic/Dental etc.). The project also involves migration of existing member details and transportation provider along with various service location into the NovasMed application and then assisting the member to schedule their trip for an appointment. Going forward the recurring change in upstream application will be loaded to transportation database via recurring import job and then the application also provide the transportation provider to create Ad-hoc or request based report for tracking or analysis purpose.

Phase 1 of project will deal with mostly scheduling and creating ride for member and then reporting the same in application and phase 2 will include claim for the ride.
