Through this letter I wish to express my interest towards the available position in culinary field. I’m a graduate of Gerardo’s School of Culinary Arts and Cake Decorating Inc. I had my On the Job training at The Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and was absorbed by the Executive Chef himself. I resigned due to an offer to be a part of the national team, I was a national athlete and competed internationally such as the Asian Games, Asian championship and World Championship. After 2 yrs, I quitted because I decided to live my life in the kitchen and pursue my dream, I was hired on the spot at the Greenleaf Hotel Gensan.
