Developed, coordinated and presented all trainings and induction programs for six outlets. Identified the experience level of colleagues and advised the Department on training needs. Developed and implemented an Associates Campaign to ensure smooth and harmonious employee relations, specifically for employee transport services. Coordinated and provided coaching and guidance for Departmental Trainers. Designed and developed training materials to support all restaurant operations.
