Responsible for a group of 7-14 campers of varying ages depending on assigned age group (range from 5-12 years old).

My campers consistently sought to sign up for extra weeks of camp or on join Koa’s basketball camp.

Collaborated with other counselors to develop activities that fit the experience or age of the campers.

Adapted to circumstances such as weather-driven changes or behavioral issues with campers. Professional Basketball Skills Coach February 2018 – August 2018 & Summer 2019

Head Coach for Koa’s Basketball Camp in the summers of 2018 and 2019. Responsible for player development of athletes with varying degrees of experience. Evaluated a player’s skill level and behavioral profile, created a custom-made workout for the players, and used basketball as a tool to teach key life skills. Also conducted individual training sessions.

Played a critical role in creating and operating the first ever Sideline Observer 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament which raised over $500 for Koa, the Sideline Observer, and the Capital Gazette charity in the summer of 2018. U.S. House of Representatives August 2017 – December 2017 Legislative Intern Washington D.C.

Responsible for a variety of duties including running the front desk and taking phone calls and other communications from constituents.

Researched legislation for the Member and legislative staff, attended hearings and briefings, and answered constituent letters on various issues before the House.
