I have over 20 years of management experience. I'm very detail oriented, and believe in doing assigned tasks quickly and efficiently. I'm a self starter who works well independently, or in a team environment.

I have experience with Virtual Office and E-File document management systems. I’ve worked with both a Copy II and the Panasonic scanning system, I also have experience working with digital mail machines. I also have retail experience including, customer service, cash handling, payroll, markdowns, product display.

I began my employment with Auto Team Management as a payroll clerk for 5 car dealerships. In 1996 I was transferred to the Microfilm (records dept. ) My main duties included data entry of the pertinent information of various documents for retrieval purposes for 5 car dealerships.

When I was promoted in 1998 to Dept. Manager I managed 5 assistants, and was in charge of assigning the conversion of hard files (all paper records) into electronic files by prepping and organizing them for scanning. This included all documents for not only the 5 car dealerships, but also several smaller companies as well as Auto Team Managements files. I was also responsible for retrieving documents for other dept. managers, guests, and auditing purposes as needed. It was also part of my job to ensure that all records were kept secure and confidential. It was also my responsibility to maintain the computers, scanners and software used by the Imaging Dept.

This position required a high level attention to detail, being organized as well as being able to multitask. In addition to managing all company records, I was also in charge of the incoming and outgoing of company mail. Including maintaining the mail machine.

My job duties consisted of putting out new merchandise, markdowns, customer service, cash register and keeping the dept. organized. After being transferred and then promoted in Customer Service my duties included, but were not limited too, balancing the cash drawers each day, making bank deposits, mailing packages for customers, answering phones, logging markdowns on the computer, and payroll.

*During the last 2 years I've been taking care of a sick family member.
