SAP Phase II implementation, system upgrade, roll-out and support for all ACC companies in UAE, KSA, Lebanon, Egypt, and Cameroon. ACC is a mega construction company (ranked #68 in The ENR Top 250 International Contractors list / SAP Quality Award Gold Winner)
Created, reviewed, and ran end-to-end testing scripts with on-/off-shore teams
Led testing efforts through daily status calls and coordination with ALM
Generated and reviewed EDI, master data, and workflow functional specifications
Supported go-live and post go-live activities at client site and plant
Worked on their User Enablement Project on MM/Purchasing, Services and Plant Maintenance modules
