Canon Virginia Inc.

CVI Reference Letter

To whom it may concern:

I had worked with Mr. Phil Becker for just over 11 years as our IAI technical representative that made countless visits to CVI (Canon Virginia Incorporated). Phil has always been extremely helpful and reliable in providing us technical support for new products and helping us resolve issues with older legacy model IAI actuators and controllers.

We have called on Phil to help us in numerous emergency situations involving IAI equipment. Even though he may not have been scheduled in our area he always was able to make a visit and help us out. Phil also supported our other facility in Gloucester Va. CETI which also had many IAI actuators and controllers. In 2017 we had a major power outage that caused several lines to go down during our 1 week August shutdown. Phil was here for 3 days helping us get the equipment repaired, programmed and running again. Without his help and willingness to stay with us we could have lost several days production on our automated robotic lines.

Phil was also a big contributor for providing training to our Engineering members, Technical Machine Specialists and our operators.

Many times we would hold training with Phil doing IAI in the morning and Denso members doing the afternoon. Phil would bring IAI trainers for our use. Over the years Phil has done this maybe 12 or more times. Sometimes we did these 2 times per year.

Phil would be a valuable asset to any company that he would work for. Sincerely

Randy B. Stewart
