He started as R&D engineer in Japan for 25 years .A senior manufacturing consultant and training coordinator for all industry in Japanese based manufacturing of high-end and world wide popular brand . He has extensive consulting experience in Japan, Malaysia, Thailand,Vietnam,Singapore, in the areas of productivity improvement in conjunction with prolonging the life of industry, improve the financial management, training and others.
