Global Corporate Recognition

• Defined and executed operational strategies that reduced food service subsidies from $650k to $280k annually while sustaining quality, variety, value and sustained employee sales.

• Negotiated a P&L service contract with our Michigan vendor which turned sales from an annual $300k loss to a $1M profit.

Employee Programs & Events (2005 - 2019)

• Directed a team that planned and executed a wide range of corporate employee recognition programs and events - $2.5M annual budget.

• Redefined the structure and content of all employee events and programs to reflect what is meaningful to employees and a diverse demographic while allocating funds in a more disciplined manner to maximize the impact and value to the company.

Corporate Employee Retail Stores (2014 - 2019)

• Accountable for all operations of internal employee retail stores at Ada, MI world headquarters and California affiliate – annual sales in excess of $3M.
