CAREER OBJECTIVE:

PRESENT POSITION: Assistant Manager Geology [Chetak Enterprises LTD] Completed M.Sc (Hons) 2 years from Centre of Advanced Studies in Geology, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

PROFILE:

Highly motivated field geologist have strong background and awareness in geology geotechnical work of project responsible for geological evaluation of under ground work, 3-D.log tunnels, FACE log, Surface mapping, Cut-slops mapping. Classification of rocks as per N.A.T.M. (New Australian Tunneling Method) and Norwegian method of tunneling [Q-System,RMR] for design appropriate supportsystem. Supervision of pull out test for different length Rock Bolts/Rock Anchors, Drilling and blasting pattern for different diameter tunnels and surface excavation, Evaluation of tunnels stability on daily basis of various excavated faced and analysis of geotechnical instrumentation data (MPBEX, load cell and Tape extensometers) for determining behavior of rocks during and after explosion. 1. Presently working Chetak Enterprises LTD four lane project Road Line(Highway) Bridges,NATM method tunnels near shimla bypass project.(April 2018 to till date).Major cable stay bridges 700 mtr long proper investigation and geological tests at this bridges.

2. PATEL ENGG.LTD [STKHEP450MW] as Assistant Manager(geology). single Geologist to handle whole HRT geology work, Dt [inlet,outlet],Adits,chambers and power house geology work also deal client HPPCL and design SMEC,and design office HPPCL.[Feb 2014toApril2018].

3. 5 years experience in COASTEL PROJECT LTD [ASSISTANT MANAGER] [SKHEP 111MW].

GEOLOGICAL MAPPING:

1. Traverse mapping done in Bikaner during 12 days field visit to sedimentary basins of Rajasthan in March2006-07.

2. Traverse mapping done at Hisar during 12 days field visit to petro logical terrains ofRajasthan.

3. Geological mapping done in Mandi Township during visit to lesser and higher Himalayas of HimachalPradesh.

FIELD EXPERIENCE:

Computer Skills:

Job Responsibilities -:To review the geological conditions and assessment of rock quality on daily basis.

• Supervision of Underground excavation by making Blasting Patterns, usage of explosives.

• Geological Logging of the excavated area / face in 2-D and 3D, Preparation of L-section.

• Monitoring of 3D targets data provided by the surveyor in the already excavated tunnel. If found any extreme displacements then accordingly propose further strengthening of support system.

• To calculate the Rock Mass Rating (RMR), Q Value and interpret rock class.

• Supervision of pre-strengthening activities of the rock mass (Grouting, Fore poling etc.)

• Geological and non-geological over break.

• Geological reports preparation and analysis.

• Supervision of installation of Support System as per NATM method in the excavated area.(erecting Lattice Girder, lattice girders at spacing specified in construction drawing).

• Looked after the anchor works for slope stabilization (anchor fabrication, WPT of drill hole,anchor homing, grouting, stressing and testing.

• Interpretation of data acquired from exploratory drilling e.g. Probe Holes.

• Instrument installation/ monitoring in tunneling i.e. LSC (Lining Stress Controller), Load Cells,MPBEX, Inclinometer, borehole standpipe piezometer etc.

• Geo-Technical investigation: Hydraulic core drilling work, detail geo-logging of cores,permeability test, drifts excavation and its 3-D logging. Carried out in-situ plate load tests in drifts and geophysical survey of the tunnel, dam

& power house area.

• Special investigation in bridges and Asia no. one cable stay bridge(More than 125m long piers heights) also 22km highway investigation.

• Proper investigation and tests like MASW, Optical Televiewer. CHST, PMTDIALATOMETER TESTS AND ELASTOMETER TESTS
