Senior Consultant in the Packaged Applications practice of BearingPoint Inc (formerly KPMG). Responsible for a wide range of consulting assignments covering ERP application development, Managed Services, Database Administration, PeopleSoft HRMS, Peoplesoft Financials, Dynamics AX Financials and Web based technologies (Azure, Service Now, AWS, Jira, Confluence).

Peoplesoft Technical Lead – Beacon Hospital (Dublin, Ireland)

Technical lead on a Peoplesoft HRMS and Financials 9 Implementation which took place under very tight deadlines. The client was given one month to roll onto a new instance of Peoplesoft. Responsibilities included – Extensive SQR and Application engine analysis, design, customization and testing (journal upload, bank file generation, external interfaces etc). Also served as the Peoplesoft security administrator. On a daily basis, assisted the project manager with task prioritizing and issue identification and resolution.

Peoplesoft Technical Lead HRMS – Irish Government (Dublin, Ireland)

Technical lead on a Peoplesoft HRMS 8.8 Support & Development contract for several government departments. Responsibilities included: - Monitored and maintained the HRMS system on a daily basis and resolved both functional and technical issues including coding customizations using SQL/SQR, Application Designer, Peoplecode and Application Engines. - Completed data loads (via app engines) as further departments were added to the system.

Functional Consultant – Birmingham City Council (UK)

Business Analyst for the Birmingham City Council website which included devising functional specifications for their website offering information and various services to the public.

Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical - Eircom (Dublin, Ireland)

Dynamics AX lead support and development for a leading electrical supplier. Dynamics AX is a leading Microsoft Financials ERP system and I was the technical lead responsible for all maintenance, customizations and migrations through testing, go-live and post go-live support. Project executed in partnership with Accenture.

PeopleTools Upgrade Technical Lead - RTE National Broadcaster (Dublin, Ireland)

Technical Lead on the RTE PeopleTools 8.22.14 Upgrade. Devised project plan, engagement letter and executed the upgrade within the six week deadline. Tasks included three full test cycles, patch application, O/S and web tuxedo upgrade, full audit runs and corrections (DDD, SYS, Alter), system test and verification, go-live technical lead and execution. Functional specifics included project plan creation, designed upgrade approach, wrote and executed test plans for three test phases, addressed all functional issues, set all PeopleTools configuration requirements.

Peoplesoft HRMS Technical Lead – Irish Government

Technical lead on a Peoplesoft HRMS 8.8 CMOD Implementation. Responsibilities included: - Designed, developed and tested all conversion tools/programs applied to transfer and validate data from Peoplesoft HRMS 8.0 and legacy system (PAS) to Peoplesoft HRMS 8.8. These tools included application engine, component interface, SQL/SQR and SQL Loader. - Lead and executed all technical aspects of test phases and go-live. - Resolved both functional and technical issues including coding customizations using SQL/SQR, Application Designer, Peoplecode and Application Engines.

Banta Global Turnkey Sept 2004 – June 2005

Peoplesoft Payroll 8.8 Project Lead/Functional Lead

Coordinated the international company sites efforts in the roll out of the PeopleSoft Payroll 8.8 Interface. These sites included Ireland, Scotland, Holland and Singapore.

Liaised between the developers, HRMS support, the business users and the third party vendors to ensure all as aspects of the project were completed as designed and agreed.

Led all stages of interface business requirements, design, build, configuration, test, implementation and support for 5 separate Peoplesoft interfaces (4 payroll, 1 T&A).

Tech development was based in the U.S. (IBM). Third party systems included Core (IRL), Sage (IRL), Moorepay (SCT), Perman/ADP (NLD) and AccPay (SGP).

Maintained project file (Microsoft Project), covered all payroll elements through regular status updates and documented all issues, resolutions, goals, deadlines, testing plans/procedures, interface mapping documents and detailed designs.

Coordinated and executed the global Peoplesoft employee ID renumbering across all four sites and third party systems.

Ensured that all procedures and results were Sarbanes Oxley compliant.

Assisted in functional support, data conversion and validation for the Peoplesoft HRMS 8.8 implementation which focused on Workforce Admin, Payroll interface, Base Benefits, Additional payments and deductions.

Accenture Sept 1999 – June 2003

Technical Team Lead - SAP Conversion, Peoplesoft Accounts Payable 7.59 Legacy data

The scope of this project included the data conversion of Peoplesoft 7.59 AP to SAP for both the American Service Center in Chicago and the European Service Center in Dublin.

Designed and completed data mapping analysis from SAP to Peoplesoft.

Executed Peoplesoft gap analysis according to customer requirements.

Developed technical specifications and wrote detailed designs for data collection SQR scripts.

Coded all scripts for transfer of AP vendor and voucher data.

Coordinated testing of data conversion from string test, product test, system test to the ultimate 'go-live'.

Technical Team Lead - Peoplesoft Accounts Payable 7.59 Implementation and Production Support/ Development

Coded customizations involving Application Engine, SQL/SQR, Application Designer, PeopleTools and PeopleCode. These included interfaces, SQR reports, new panels and configuration for additional units.

Performed security administration. Setup key operator classes and operator access security for customizations.

Developed reports using QueryTool, Crystal and nVision.

Designed and implemented new process and procedure for security, system and environment change control.

Managed internal and external system security audits.
