1. Thermal Plant Substation Upgrade, 2 x 2000 kVA, 3.3/0.38 kV kV Distribution Transformer and Low Voltage Switchgear replacement

Thermal Plant, Utilities Department, PT. Vale Indonesia Indonesia, 2019 Project Scope: Detail design, procure, test and commissioning of 2 x 2000 kVA, 3.3/0.38 kV distribution Transformer, Low Voltage switchgear, relocation of all old existing switchgear distribution feeder include incoming and outgoing line of existing distribution transformer. 2

The scope including replace electromechanical protective relay with microprocessor based protective relay.

2. 35 kV Tie Breaker for connection between two 35 kV switchgear Thermal Plant, Utilities Department, PT. INCO Indonesia, Year: 2019. Project Scope: Design, procure, test and commissioning of new Switchgear for connection between two set of 33 kV switchgear called R1 and R1 switchgear, include interlock and protection system. Scope including remote operational facility from HMI through existing PLC system using network communication from microprocessor based relay. 3. Crusher and Closed Loop Conveyor System for Dryer Product Process Plant Department, PT. Vale Indonesia, Year 2017. Project Scope: Upgrade existing Dryer Crusher machines to by replace the old Crusher with new one to increase nickel facility product. Mainly electrical scope on this project is design, procure and install medium Voltage switchgear to extend existing MV switchgear for MV motor power supply of the Crusher machines. The scope include protective relay installation and control system. The improvement was applied on this project by installation of the new closed loop system conveyor to recycle the product into the new Crusher. Mainly electrical scope for this additional system provide power supply, protection and control system for conveyor include but not limited distribution transformer installation and LV MCC. 1. 2 x 10 MVA, 11/3.3 kV Distribution Transformer Replacement. Thermal Plant, Utilities Department, PT. INCO Indonesia Year 2012 Project Scope: Detail design, procure, test and commissioning of 2 x 10 MVA, 11/3.3 kV distribution Transformer. Relocate the old incoming and outgoing feeders of existing transformer and demolish it after the new transformer tested, commissioned, kept the operational of the existing load without any operation interruption during relocation process by analyze existing power distribution system, coordination protection system study and provide some of temporary power connection. The replacement including replacement its electro mechanical protective relay with microprocessor based protective relay. 3

2. Medium Voltage (3.3 kV) Switchgear Replacement

Thermal Plant, Utilities Department, PT. INCO Indonesia, Year: 2013. Project Scope: Design, procure, test and commissioning of new Switchgear, Built new switchgear building (switch room) including all its facility, 125 VDC system, control system, protection system, fire extinguisher system (FM200), and relocation old switchgear feeder to the new switchgear installed.

3. Water Pump Upgrade, Helay Old Camp Residence, Sorowako, East Luwuk, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.

General Facilities Services Department, PT. INCO Indonesia. Year: 2012. Project Scope: Upgrade existing water pumps by install new water pumps and provide electrical power supply by installation of medium voltage overhead distribution line, 11/0.4 kV distribution transformer, Low Voltage Motor Control Centre and Diesel Generator set. 4. 1 MVA Generator Set (Diesel) at Indonesia State Electricity Centre, Bungku Sub District, Morowali District, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia

Project Scope: Relocate 1 MVA Diesel Generator operated under Thermal Plant, Utilities Department INCO Company, Sorowako to Diesel Power Generation Station, PLN, Middle Bungku Sub District, Morowali District. The scopes including purchasing of Medium Voltage Transformer and Switchgear, test and commissioning. 5. 11 kV B2 Switchgear Replacement

Year : 2015 Project Scope: Construct new switchgear room include all electrical facilities, fire extinguisher system (FM200), test and commissioning of new 11 kV switchgear, assessment of the existing 150/11 kV, 65 MVA Power Transformer.

6. 33 kV Overhead Distribution Line for Mine Effluent Project Mining Department, PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk. Year :2015 Project Scope: Providing of power supply for water treatment building in Mining area by design, procure and installation of 33 kV Overhead distribution line, distribution transformer and power distribution low voltage Motor Control Centre (MCC) for the water treatment building include test and commissioning.

7. Coal Transportation Project (CTP).

Year : 2017 Project Scope : Replace existing Electrostatic precipitator for Company (PTVI) internally target stack dust emission limit of 50 mg/Nm3. The electrical scope was design, procure, construct and test and commissioning of Medium voltage switchgear, Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and ID Fan Motor, Low Voltage MCC’s, Transformer rectifiers and its control, battery Bank for 125 VDC control and protection power supply and UPS system. 2. Fuel Pipe Line Repair, 2007 2008

Project Scope: Fuel Pipe Line Repair and Cathodic Protection System installation for 12 Inch, 48 Km length underground fuel pipe line. Review and approve consultant engineering design, material technical specification, control and monitoring of the construction progress till test and commissioning. 3. 150/33 kV, 100 120 MVA Main Transformer Replacement, 2008 2010. Project Scope : Replace existing 150/33 kV, 80 100 MVA Power Transformer include its Protective Relay (electronic base), Utilites Department, PT. INCO. The project scope was include demolition existing power transformer and its old protective relay

(electromechanical relays). On this project was assigned as commissioning engineer. 5

4. 150 kV Oil Circuit Breaker (OCB) Replacement, 2008 2010 Project Scope : Replace Existing 150 kV OCB (Oil Circuit Breaker) with 150 kV SF6 power circuit breaker at Thermal Plant Switchyard, Utilities department, INCO, Ltd. MAY 2005 – JULY 2006
