• Receive, Record, Log, Scan and maintain records of engineering documents in hard copies and electronic files and monitor the revisions and approval status thereof.

• Record of Request for Inspections, Received Request for inspections. Providing support to Project Team by managing incoming/outgoing project documentation on daily basis of RFI`s, while ensuring accurate records are maintained.

• To edit the documents that have typographical errors and other types of error that may lead to the disqualification of a document and informing technical engineer. Before submitting document, a document or file must first be checked and approval.

• Ensure that the latest revisions of all documents produced for the projects are recorded and distributed to all concern parties.

• Maintain the daily documents IN/OUT register and ensure that documents are delivered to the concerned person.

• Responsibilities include handling multiple project correspondences, records and filling, telephone calls and other related duties.

• Using machines like printer, scanner, fax, blinding and laminating machine.
