Performing new account opening of corporate & retails investor, before opening we have checked the KYC documents, AML letter, comfort letter, sanction country, PEP (political expose person) and his countries.

Chasing for missing document and blocking the account as per the request.

Updating FATCA and CRS details of the account holder.

Updating standard settlement instruction (Banking details) for redemption & dividend and make payment through MT202 or MT103 (depend upon investor).

Setup new broker in our seconds and also updating their banking details for commission & trailer fee.

Maintaining the shareholder details like (change of address, change of contact details, change of broker & branch).

Management of client queries in relation with Mutual fund transactions such buying/ selling and any updating of portfolio for the funds managed.

Responsible to manage fund setup for clients as per the instructions received.

Timely escalations with clients to complete the KYC requirements and any fund change communication.
