To conduct 1 hours training for all workers in a week.

To prepare daily MIS Report.

To keep data update for the preparation of Monthly & Yearly MIS Report.

To update organogram department wise along with their JD.

To generate the HRIS report from software as & when required.

To ensure all the Compliances are complete under factory act 1948.
