Farmacy Vegan Kitchen and Bakery
General Manager July of 2017-January 2020
As the GM I was responsible for tasks such as: writing all employee schedules, meeting payroll and labor budgets, and menu planning. I would oversee ordering and inventory for both of the restaurants locations. I handled all customer complaints and/or questions with superior service and proper etiquette. During my time here I created inventory and ordering systems and wrote the employee manual. In doing so I had to work diligently to determine and follow compliance laws and regulations. I also wrote a training manual for employees, which became very important as employees were hired and developed. I would also prepare a variety of operations/administrative reports, timesheets, cash reports, and staffing reports. Lastly, I was responsible to plan and conduct staff meetings and making sure employees were updated with any information they may need in order to be successful.

Duties included providing outstanding customer service, preparing orders to exact specification in a timely manner, and daily stock/inventory.
