Digital Transformation Advisor (Ministry of Education and Higher Education) Doha, Qatar Responsible to provide the professional Advice and guidance to MOEHE leaders on how to use the Digital Technologies to achieve MOEHE initiatives and Strategies within the framework of Qatar Digital Government (QDG 2020). Represent the IT in the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Committee. Work closely with all MOEHE departments to achieve the initiative of Digital Ministry. Support the development of key internal Digital initiatives across MOEHE like Paperless Organization and Ministry without visitors.

Work with MOEHE leaders to develop Digital Transformation strategy and road map, and ensures its integration with MOEHE strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans. Lead and work in cross-functional teams to evaluate, provide insight and drive strategic outcomes that have the greatest impact on the Ministry.

Enable the transfer of strategic ideas into operational decisions. Drive the change and implementing MOEHE Digital strategy in the focus areas of innovation, process automation, distribution platforms and data analytics.

Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure used to support all business process across the Ministry. Responsible for operational and service management processes to ensure quality, efficiency and agility goals are achieved. Contributes to the development and execution of the IT strategy and ensures its alignment with the business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success. Duties:

- Lead the development of the I&O strategy and roadmap and ensure its integration with the overall IT and Ministry strategic plans.

- Work with the IT senior leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources.

- Act as a trusted advisor, build and maintain relationships with other IT leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs with agility to changing business priorities.

- Develop and control the annual operating and capital expenditure budget for I&O to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise and is within plan.

- Leverage influencing and negotiation skills across IT and the enterprise to enable cost-effective and innovative shared solutions in achievement of business goals.

- Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning.
