PROJECTS:

EXAMPLE OF FEW PROJECTS:

Successful to do optimiziation boiler temperature using hysys simulation to minimize LPG and Naptha Component with the increase LNG Production in the LR1 and LR2 mega Train QatarGas.

Successful to design pipeline interconnection LR1/LR2 Unit 18 to QG-1/2/3&4 SRU’s unit to prevent LR-1/LR-2 or QG-1, QG-2 and QG-3/4 shutdown when one of LR-1/LR-2 or QG-1, QG-2 and QG-3/4 shutdown. Therefore, SRU production can be stabilized when one of LR-1/LR-2 or QG-1, QG-2 and QG-3/4 shutdown.

Successful to design debottlenecking or optimization QG-1/2 amine system (unit 13) to allow full Rich amine processing during QG1or QG2 shutdown with the recommendations : install heat insulation in the Rich amine inlet, reduce pressure in the rich amine inlet and increase the operating temperature in the amine regeneration tower.

Successful to calculate steady state hydraulic pipeline, internal column hydraulic and new exchanger sizing for some of projects.

Successful responsibilities to drive, control and manage (act as lead) the 3th party company and process engineers for new 365 MMSCFD gas processing facility in the Tiung Biru project. Process Engineers and 3th party company success issue around hundreds of Shutdown Hierarchy and Cause and Effect less than 1 month (less than the target due date). The Shutdown Hierarchy and Cause and Effect cover Separation unit, Acid Gas Removal unit, Gas Dehydration Unit, Sulphur Removal and Recovery Unit, Tail Gas Unit, Thermal Oxidizer, Condensate Stabilization unit and any utilities.

Successful to build new 80 MMSCFD of CPP and AUP in Detail Design Phase with the ontime. This project build a new CPP (Central Processing Platform) and a new AUP (Accomodation Utility Platform).

Design new 2 new Wellhead Platforms MDA & MBH with design flowrate 175 MMSCFD.

Design new Wellhead Platforms WPS2 and WPN3 with design flowrate 150 MMSCFD (WPN3) and 200 MMSCFD

(WPS2).

Successful to design new gas receiving facility with the inlet separation unit, acid gas removal unit and gas dehydration unit in the Suban.

Successful to design debottleneck CGP (central gas processing) with add 1 train membrane unit, acid gas removal unit and gas dehydration unit.

Successful to redesign FPSO.

Successful to calculate water hammering for some of projects.

Successful to design water injection and water flooding plant for some of projects.

Succesful to calculate steady state hydraulic calculation for some of projects.

Successful to modify BCD-5 plant with the following recommendation :

Successful to recommend to use MEG to prevent hydrate during normal operation with the cost USD 620,535.

Successful to recommend to install a new MEG injection and new MEG regeneration unit to suppress the hydrate, since the existing Glycol reconcentration system package is insufficient for additional new Geragai Receiving facilities with a new operating condition in JT and Hammilton plant in the FEED Geragai Modification for BCD-5. The recommendation is selected consider reliability, CAPEX & OPEX cost and Maintainability & constructability factor.

Successful to recommend that the existing glycol regeneration as a backup of new MEG regeneration.

Successful to recommend that to reach 65% C3+ recovery at JT Plant and 70% C3+ recovery with dew point is decrease to -20 C shall be: install a new Chiller, new refrigerant unit and new separator in the downstream of Low Temperature Separator (JT Plant), replace the existing HE in JT Plant, install new Chiller and new Page 5 of 7

refrigerant unit in the upstream of existing Cold Separator (NGL Plant). Total cost for this modification is around US$ 1,168,677.

Complete recommend flare design flowrate is 50.6 MMSCFD. (based on BDV Fire case).

Successful to do HAZOP as key person and successful to do HAZOP Closed out report with the client satisfied for some projects.

Successful part of engineering team which win at least 6 (six) proposal (small to large-scale project). Example win of proposal: HCML EPCI project, the project is to install two (2) new wellhead platforms (110 MMSCFD MDA Platform, and 55 MMSCFD MBA Platform).

Etc.
