The total Built Up area of project is approximately 125,373.00 Sq.m. Conference Centre Building 2 storey building comprises of (Basement+Mezz.+ Ground+ 2 floors+Balcony) with total height of around 22.4 m. The total Built Up area of project is approximately 50,059.00 Sq.m. This entire project completion time will be 3 years. The cost of project is 90Million KWD.

Nathani Heights Mixed Use Project Mumbai Central: This 75 storey residential building comprises of (Basement + (Ground+2 floors) Commercial floors + Parking (3rd to 7th) + Residential flats above 8th till 75th floor). with total height of around 302.41 mtrs.The total Built Up area of project is approximately 113,164.74 Sq.m. This entire project completion time will be 4 years. The cost of project is 350 Crores.

Oasis Reality Mixed Use Project Worli -Mumbai : This project is consisting of Two Tower and Podium and Construction Area of project is 418,506 Sq.m. One tower is 85 storey residential building with height of 386m and other one is 52 storey commercial and hotel building with 254m. Both towers consisting of 3 level of parking. The cost of project is 2500 Crores.
