EXPERIENCE

Mainly involve in the process of:

Financial Modelling: working extensively with VP of Operations, Directors and Senior Managers by providing financial solutions/support and responsible for building the quarterly forecasts and annual budget of P&L from revenue all the way down to Fully allocated margin (EBITDA); Reviewing and building operations stats and key metrics that affects production income and costs (e.g. headcount, cost trend analysis)

Period close requirements: Monthly revenue and costs analysis (actuals v budget / forecast), identifying key drivers that affects the state of business operation and create recommendations by giving financial trend analysis and key ops metrics to VP and her Operations team to be able to help them achieve monthly targets in terms of meeting revenue and keeping their margins at forecast or produce favorable results/variance.

Top Management Reporting and Ad hoc Responsibility: from time to time, provides enterprise-wide oversight and financial guidance by recommending strategic insights to operations especially during financial fire drill exercises like cost savings initiatives, FTE/production requirement/manpower requirements to obtain targeted revenue, etc.

Annual Contract Value validation and responsible for pricing interlock analysis for new logos and client growth/expansion coverage

Assist during Global Planning Conferences and Mid-Year Reviews by providing accurate financial metrics, run rate graphs, sales targets, and growth rates (CAGR), etc.

Preparation of Report Cards for the next Fiscal Year’s budget presentation

Price reporting, Strategic Key Accounts reporting

Portfolio management and product group/marketing trackers

KPI Dashboards, Oracle project bookings

Backlog aged analysis, booked to ship reports, commission reporting

SKILLS AND PROFICIENCY:

Advanced MS Excel and MS Access User, knowledgeable in Select Case/Query Statements (SQL Language) VBA Macro for Excel, ODBC Databases, Crystal Report, Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView, Noetix, J.D. Edwards, MS Office Project 2007 (Gantt chart)
