Responsibilities & Accomplishments:

Managed Claims IT Adjudication team, composed of both onshore and offshore developers. Conducts performance reviews, promote and grow direct reports in terms of building their skillset and individual strengths. Perform talent acquisition interview and manage staff training and mentorship. Promotes continuous improvement of processes and delivery of results within my team and across domains, to ensure that standards are followed and software deliverables are compliant.

Managed project schedules and budgets.
