Technical Writer - Technical Publications

•Created one Operator’s Manual that replaced over 60 other books. Resulted in $1 million savings.

•Provided Engineering with the fix for 30 wrong part numbers. Saved AGCO $29,000 directly. Prevented a week of production delay and lost revenue to dealers.

•Developed a prototype set of work instructions for Manufacturing Engineering for a new machine. Improved the quality of the new machine and reduced production costs.

•Set up and taught a mini seminar on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing for the Plant Manager.

•Coordinated and produced fault codes for a new Shibarau engine. Persuaded the software engineers to include a PDF questionnaire. The fault codes and PDF made electronic diagnostics possible.
