Job Description, Duties and Responsibilities
1. Follow strictly the company policy at all times.
2. Clean and prepare tables for serving meals.
3. Place and replace linens, silverwares and glasswares on the table.
4. Learn special and other food prices, how they are served and what
condiments and sauce that accompanies them.
5. Present to guest the menu card. Get guest orders and relay order to
kitchen for preparation.
6. Fill water glasses with ice and water.
7. Offer suggestions to guest on food and beverages when necessary.
8. Arrange and check prepared food in the kitchen. Make coffee, tea and
other beverages.
9. Serve guest orders and attend guest needs.
10. Present bill to guest and take cash or check payment to cashier. Give
receipt/ check and return change to guest.
11. Perform other duties which may be assigned by head waiter or dining supervisor.
