2. Facilitate coordination with different government agencies that have jurisdiction over various Electrical System that are involve in the construction, such as, MOI for CCTV and Access Control, Qatar Civil Defense for Fire alarm, Ooredoo for GSM, Tetra, Wi-Fi & Data, and Kahramaa for LV and MV System.

3. Ensure that material submittals of sub-contractors and other related documentations for the entire MEP System for consultant approval completely complies with the design requirements without any unjustified deviations.

4. Ensure that Sub-contractors submits the required material approval requests on time to relevant government agencies to obtain timely approval and avoid delay in procurement that will cause construction delay of the project.

5. Close monitoring and progress review of construction activities of different subcontractors in order to ensure adherence to approved construction schedule, quality requirements, and safely executions of all MEP Works.

7. Request recovery and mitigation plans from any subcontractors whose schedule slips unreasonably base on the approved program due to some internal and unavoidable circumstances.
