Job Responsibilities:

Serve as technical advisor to the project management in safety and planning.

Implement established policy, procedures and work practices to promote the company project HSE program.

Conducts inspection of job sites, documents and reports any unsafe conditions.

Job involves preparation of safe job plan, work permit system.

Recommends, select, ensure that safety, first aid, fire protection equipment are relevant standards and also ensure that such materials always available.

Provide training to site personnel with regard to specific safe work practices / procedure, use and care of personal protective appliances and handling hazardous materials/equipment, routine patrol of job sites.

Accident/incident, near miss root cause analysis and preventive measure.

Conducting daily tool box talks.

Identify the safe area near by the work place, locations of the emergency facilities such as fire services, water, first aid clinic, etc.

Deliver safety induction training to new personnel.

Regular site visiting and reporting to HSE Manager

Investigate site incidents and accidents formulate report on the findings and make recommendations to the company in order to avoid re-occurrence of such incidents and accidents.

Periodically inspection of firefighting equipment’s and power tools, constructional vehicles, etc. as per color code.

Coordinating with client.

Providing safe working atmosphere in site.

Reporting about various hazards in site and initiating necessary action.

Conducting emergency drills.
