Implementation Project:

•As part of Fusion HCM Implementation, work with client directly explain the fusion product details and gather Business requirement, prepare the document in a template – technical document.

•Requirement and data for different module is gathered from clients as part of implementation.

Support Project:

•As part of Support project, work with client directly and resolve the open issues created as part of go-live and post go-live

Responsibilities:

Implementation Project:

•Travel to client place, work with client explain the Fusion product and gather business requirements.

•Explain fusion product to the client using demo environment and understand client requirements and functionality and show them sample entry demo to make sure client understand the product and clarifies any questions related to the requirement or any special business needs.

•Using the inputs from client, prepare the template or data sheet required for offshore technical team for business functional setup and data loading.

•Work with oracle to setup the environment and setup all configurations in Stage environment

Project Description

•This client is one of the leading Insurance Company in US, deals with all kind of insurance policy - CICA

•We have around 7 teams, each team work with different technologies like Mainframe, web technologies, AS400 and Callidus, totally we have 102 members in our project.

•I’m part of Imaging team, were each single paper work start from Application to Claims check in our client place is scanned, processed and worked in IBM content manager with back end AS400 technologies

Responsibilities:

•I’m leading a team of 6 members. We work with EMC – CAPTIVA application and IBM Content manager with backend AS400.

•Twice travelled to client place Chicago (US) for Knowledge transfer and project management.

•We work on both Production support and Enhancement work.

•We have worked on project enhancement projects starts from 150 hrs. to 6000 hrs.

•Worked on all phases as part of SDLC, starting from gathering requirement from Business Users to Production Implementation.

•We also work on tickets raised for any issues with IBM content manager application, IBM Content manager application is a platinum application where different departments from client company works in IBM content manager – End users.

•Participate in project management activities like preparing metrics for whole project.

SDLC activities:

•Participate in Business requirement meetings and prepare understanding document for user verification and approval.

Client : GE from Sydney.

Project Description

•Team size: 16, works with AS400 and Web technologies.

•The project deals with financing for automobiles dealers.

•An application is developed to maintain the automobile financing business by end users residing in Sydney

•For each dealer a new trust is created and product and invoice details are mapped to it. For each place separation application is running with different set of libraries and master files but maintained in one server.

•End users like agents will work in web sites and those details are managed in AS400 as backend processing.

•Daily DAYEND service is ran on which major transactions and invoices are processed and updated into master files.

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for Technical design and Build phase including unit testing phase.

•We will get the requirement from onshore and managers will prepare the high level functional design document and technical design document, We work on build phase accordingly

•Build and Unit testing is done with the separate library list for each project and get the components ready for SIT and UAT implementation in source management tool.

•Preparing Unit test cases, Integration and UAT test cases in adherence to quality procedures and carrying out the testing to ensure quality delivery.

•Involve in the production support on DAYEND activities and assist junior resource on Ticket resolution.

Project Name : IFactor

Client : GE from Netherlands.

Project Description

•Team size: 25, works with AS400 and MAGIC

•The project deals with factoring business.

•An application is developed to maintain the Factoring business for other GE departments and few other trustable companies by GE.

•We have Admin access to provide privileges to the users for the given application.

•Majority of the work is on DMT, i.e daily monitoring task.

•Daily DAYEND activities are taken care and make sure there is no issue in the DAYEND run.

•Create new users and provide access based on the countries and their role.

•Tickets are created for each issue in production and user access issue is solved using tickets we receive.

Responsibilities:

•Act as a Quality manager for the project.

•Prepare quality metrics for the issues created for the project and send to onsite send the same to management on weekly basis for audit purpose.

•We work on tickets we receive on User access and any issues in the application created for IFactor.

•Since the whole is with money, extra care is taken care to avoid any mistakes. Help the team members on any challenging issues
