Vista systems for partitions manufactures and distributes quality demountable office partitioning systems that operates in Middle East and UK.

Managed the internal full life cycle of local and international projects. Responsible for the strategy, design, development and implementation of the project management practice in Vista.

SALES

Handles customer enquiries and registration covering the complete range of systems offered

Review customer (internal and external) targeted documentation for technical accuracy.

Responsible for the material quantity take-off for the supply only projects and preparation of commercial offers for all the systems offered

Responsible for getting all the details (eg scope of work, total area, etc) for supply and installation projects and preparation of quotation for both technical and commercial details for all the systems.

Work out the costing for all systems that includes determining equipment needed, solicit pricing, calculating labor estimates, transportation, accommodation, value added tax, import/export charges.

Prepare prequalification, submittals and sample boards as well as associated reports and correspondence.

PROJECT

Liaise with the On-site Project Manager, Technical and Sales Director and formulate an approach to refer the project documents, and approved design details, programme of works and Project Quality Plan.

Provides direction to team members and establishes work priorities to achieve management objectives

Coordinate with the Project Manager/Technical Director and allocate a team required to deliver the job in conformance with the approved programme.

Working independently or supervising others to provide material take off deliverables of varying complexity both pre- and/or post-contract.

Coordinate with the Project Manager/Technical Director and ensure that logs for the Project Shop Drawings, Materials and Pre-qualification are correct and complete.

Ensure that the shop drawings produced are coordinated with consultants approved drawings and technical specifications.

Ensure that the shop drawings produced are coordinated with MEP work prior to construction at site.

Assess the Technical Queries raised by the working team for missing/discrepant information. Expedite answers from the consultant/contractor and ensure that the information received is incorporated on the respective submission.

Communicate effectively to ensure that the latest and relevant information received through Engineering Instructions, TQ answers, agreed additional work order, changes required as instructed by the consultant is available with the team and incorporated in respective submittals

Check all submissions to ensure that these meet all respective requirements

Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work

Schedule site based on weekly technical meetings or as required to solve coordination issues on the drawings and at site.

Issues and coordinate with the construction team to ensure that they are working with the latest approved drawings.

Report to the Project Manager/Technical Director the impact on progress due to revisions to shop drawing/ document, missing information etc.

Record information through logs, areas of concern, critical site requirements and any other correspondence deemed necessary to convey site progress with respect to the approved programme.

Prepare project close-out documents such as project and key handing over certificate and warranties

Handles the document management, maintain entire project history library, project documentations, version controls and signed-off approvals for document revisions
