Extensive experience of 8.5 years with Emerson, working directly with Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire and Gas Systems (FGS),Burner Management Systems (BMS),DCS and Alarm management. This includes logic configuration, IO allocation, HMI development, developing test procedures, alarm suppression testing, OTS, FAT and SAT activities and commissioning.
Expertise of executing and commissioning complex BMS (Burner Management System) projects to derive sequences in safety system for boilers, heat recovery steam generators, thermal oxidizers and fired heaters.
Coordinating with the EPC & customers for the IPF define phase. The project scope includes developing Safety Requirement Specifications consisting of Cause & Effect Matrices, logic diagrams, Narratives, and Overview drawings
Validation & Verification and Operation of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). Member of the Shell Centre of Excellence (CoE) team which involves working for Shell Projects globally for Safety System design, implementation,testing and Commissioning and virtual commissioning support
Received special recognition award in the Shell Prelude FLNG project, from Shell, Technip and KHI on board the largest offshore at the Samsung Heavy Industries' Geoje shipyard in South Korea for successful commissioning and start up support of the boilers.
Received Pat on the Back award in the Shell Prelude FLNG project from Emerson, Pune and appreciation from Emerson Singapore for outstanding performance in execution of the boilers FAT at the Emerson office,Singapore.
Received Pat on the Back award in the Jubail Polysilicon Project from Emerson, Pune for successful execution of the FAT at Hyundai Engineering Corporation, South Korea
Received appreciation from Shell in the Shell Pennsylvania Chemicals project and Spot award from Emerson for successful execution of the FAT of the heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), virtual commissioning support and third party package interface testing at Emerson office, Houston, USA

Verify and restore the plant steady state initial conditions on DeltaV and the MPDS after migration of the updated database and controller tuning
